Congratulations!

It looks quite nice as a whole thing (except the headlight and the YAMAHA writing on the handlebar)!

I have a few questions about the goodies u added to the engine:

Did u use a new cylinder for the JE-Piston? If not, wat was the mileage of the used one? (I also consider a high compression piston, but reboring and new coating is much too expensive)

Thats an interesting modification of the clutch actuation. Which model did u use and does it work well in terms of lever stroke?

Do u still use the original valves?

A power-output test would be really interesting! 35 bhp in original condtion is quite less! Was it a power-reduced version?

And by the way: dutch is a language spoken in the netherlands!
We here speak german... And this is not only a minor difference!

I know I need to cover up the yamaha logo on the handlebar. If that bothers you I suspect you don't like the CNC mashined KTM clutch mastpumpoilcover, but it's a hybrid you know. :) Then only thing I think about the headlight is that it is maybe to smal for the other wise big and brutal look, but fuck that. I love my headlight.

Regarding the cylinder I did not rebore it or anything, but it had just gone about 5 000 km (In miles I don't know).

The clutch is a so called Magura hymec hydraulic clutch that converts the wire to hydraulic. Awesome feeling! It has a normal master pump at the handlebar and another secondarypump at the clutch arm that pulls a little bit of wire. The hymec set was originally to a Yamaha 250F -04, but it had the same lenght of hose as the original wire. The last bit of wire is a little modified though.

Still using the original valves, didn't find any good options or else I maybe had changed them.

The horsepower that I am talking about is braked horsepower at the rear wheel in its original setup and that is far less than 42hp thats in the pappers. Maybe I can agree with 36 bhp. The attached picture is from a dr650 with GPR slipn, airboxmod and K&N filter. Blue curve is original setup.
